Our client, a distinguished architectural firm renowned for its innovative and sustainable designs, is seeking an experienced Lead BIM Architect to join their esteemed practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, US . This is a pivotal on-site role where you will spearhead the integration and execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects. You will be responsible for leading BIM strategy, developing project-specific BIM execution plans, and ensuring seamless collaboration among design and construction teams. Your expertise in sustainable design principles will be crucial in shaping environmentally conscious and high-performance buildings.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and oversee the creation of detailed BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve design issues and facilitate clash detection. Manage and maintain the BIM project database, ensuring all project data is current and accessible. Champion sustainable design practices, integrating green building strategies and technologies into BIM workflows and project designs. Provide technical leadership and training to junior architects and BIM technicians. Review and approve BIM deliverables from consultants and contractors. Develop and enforce BIM content standards and libraries. Collaborate with clients to articulate the value and application of BIM and sustainable design. Stay current with the latest advancements in BIM software, sustainable technologies, and architectural design trends.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and BIM implementation. Proven expertise in Revit and other relevant BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD). In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., LEED), and energy modeling. Demonstrated experience leading BIM projects and teams. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and building codes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Registered Architect or pursuing licensure is a plus.
