Terra.do is building the world’s largest platform for climate action

Our mission: Get 100 million people to work directly on climate in this decade

Don't know where to start? Talk to us.

99% of people who will be working in climate by 2030 haven't begun yet.

Over 50% of the world’s GDP is getting completely disrupted (energy, transportation, agriculture) or transformed (finance, construction, manufacturing) by climate.

To adapt, we believe that at least 100 million people (that’s just 1% of humanity!) will need to learn climate skills, build new professional networks and find new kinds of work in this decade. We started Terra.do to build the ramp for these 100 million people.

Blair Swedeen

"I found the Terra coursework, community and experience to be on par with my prior graduate school experiences. The quality of speakers and experts, the breadth and freshness of content was truly unique. After 12 weeks, I feel I have a solid base of knowledge on climate change to be able to drive action."

Global Head of Services, Mobile & Connectivity Partnerships at Meta (USA)
Shivam Bhakta

"As someone early their climate journey, Terra.do's Corporate Sustainability Program gave me the the framework to craft a high-impact sustainability strategy and the confidence to persuade decision-makers. I'm blown away by the amazing instructors, well developed curriculum, and passionate community. 10/10 would recommend! "

"It's mind-blowing how much this course has taught me about something I thought I knew a lot about. And it did it while introducing me to a global community of smart, energetic and talented people that want to make a change together. It's simple: Terra.do is the best way out there to learn about the things that matter most these days."

Designer at Circology (Germany)

"The Terra.do course is a great starting point for anyone who is looking to get a meaningful starting on their Climate action journey. The best part of the course is the community that helped me stay focused on the goal while making it fun along the way."

Cause Marketing Partnerships Lead at GiveIndia (India)
Allie Hill

"This course seriously changed my entire view on climate change. I was already adamant about becoming more involved career-wise but I wasn't sure if it was a possibility given my lack of experience in the climate sphere. Terra (through classes, mentors, fellows, instructors, and all the other resources) changed my view on this! I now feel like I can both earn an income and also be in a job where I'm working to combat climate change and I feel even more charged with my knowledge to be a valuable contributor in my next role! "

Brand Partnerships at Faire (USA)
Oscar Romero

"Terra.do fulfilled my doubt on what I needed to do, which is why their domain is so fitting; Terra.do. I had a newly developed interest in helping solve our existing Climate Crisis but reading articles sporadically without direction was very challenging and I wasn't finding a solid path forward. Terra.do had a beautifully designed guided course that helped me understand what has been happening in the climate space and where I best saw a fit for myself to engage moving forward. Now, I can confidently move forward knowing that I'm going in the right direction."
