[LTA-PT] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION

The Land Transport Authority is hiring a Senior/Executive for Public Transport Promotion in Singapore. The role involves coordinating outreach events, managing community partnerships, and supporting commuter experience initiatives. Candidates should have knowledge in any discipline, with event coordination and data management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time position located in Singapore.

[LTA-PT] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION




What you will be working on:

You will be part of the Public Transport Promotion team, supporting initiatives to enhance commuter experience and promote inclusive public transport.



Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Logistics coordination for outreach events and community engagement activities, including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, and on-site support.


Liaison with community partners, public transport operators and government agencies for event coordination and outreach activities.


Database management for volunteer and participant records.


Assistance with commuter experience improvement initiatives.


Procurement and support for other operational task as needed to meet the division's objectives including management of awards and recognition programmes.






What we are looking for:

Knowledge in any discipline.


Candidates with relevant experience in events coordination, data. management, or community engagement may have an added advantage.


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.
