Job Description



Drive the development and execution of ESG strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.


Collaborate across teams to embed sustainability into operations, decision-making, and key business processes.


Lead ESG reporting and disclosures in line with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS), ensuring transparency and data integrity.


Monitor ESG performance against defined targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, address sustainability concerns, and strengthen ESG partnerships.



The Successful Applicant A Successful Sustainability Manager Should Have





Preferably with a bachelor's degree in business management, finance, environmental studies, social science, or any sustainable development-related degree. An advanced degree and relevant professional certifications in sustainability, finance and project management are a plus.


Worked in a Sustainability-related role for at least seven (7) years


Foundational knowledge of Sustainability Reporting frameworks, such as GRI, IIRC , SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2 and other relevant reporting standards.


Experienced project manager with a strong ability to lead and execute strategies.


Research-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.


Familiarity with environmental and social impact measurement methodologies and reporting practices.


Excellent communication, business casing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
