Job description / RoleEmployment: Full Time Key Responsibilities• Lead the firm’s overall finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and strategic oversight• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reporting• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and corporate governance standards • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to support statutory and regulatory requirements• Provide strategic financial input to senior leadership and support decision-making across the business• Monitor and manage capital adequacy, liquidity, and financial risk in line with business needs • Drive process improvements, cost controls, and operational efficiency across the finance functionQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)• Recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial leadership roles within financial services (essential)• Proven ability to manage a finance team and work closely with executive stakeholders• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience.Please note that due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
