Account Officer

As we are expanding, we are looking for a motivated Accounts Officer to support our finance team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy sector
Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and ledgers.
Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Help with accounts payable/receivable tracking.
Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Maintain Employee Attendance and Employee Claims
Provide support in payroll preparation and employee record keeping.
Help ensure proper filing of tax documents and compliance records.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.
Maintaining Accounts in QuickBooks’s under supervision.
Perform other Finance related tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, or equivalent).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a plus).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
