Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing and delivering EHS training programs, investigating workplace accidents, and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining relevant documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance safety practices.
Qualifications
Expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health standards and practices. Experience in Accident Investigation and the ability to document, analyze, and report findings effectively. Proven skills in developing and delivering Training programs related to health and safety in a workplace setting. Strong understanding of local and international EHS compliance and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). At least 3 years of experience in an EHS managerial or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 14001, or OSHA are highly preferred.
