Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a PET recycling plant. The ideal candidate must have strong industry experience within PET recycling or rigid packaging, with a proven ability to develop markets, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansionIdentify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, FMCG, and packaging sectorsManage and grow relationships with key accounts and bulk buyersDrive sales of recycled PET products (flakes, pellets, etc.)Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreementsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamicsCollaborate with production and operations teams to ensure demand-supply alignmentTrack sales performance, pipeline, and deliver on revenue targetsRequirements/Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5–8 years’ experience in PET recycling or rigid packaging industryStrong preference for candidates from similar companiesDeep understanding of plastic recycling value chain or packaging materials marketProven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and deal closureStrong network within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectorsExcellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skillsAbility to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate Profile
