Job Description

Pak China Investment Company Limited is seeking a Manager for Enterprise & Credit Risk in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role involves analyzing credit instruments, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with business teams, conducting stress testing, and preparing reports for management committees. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector. Full-time position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Analysis of Credit instruments in entirety and ensure quality of review in terms of completeness, accuracy, market research, financial analysis and modelling, regulatory knowledge etc.Timely analysis of credit instruments and manage turnaround time.Review credit instruments for compliance with internal policies, prudential regulations, and approval conditions.Coordinate and assist business teams and CAD team on credit related issues for better credit quality.Review policies, procedures and manual, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, evolving business needs, and regulatory requirements.Perform tasks related to the Treasury Middle Office, including collecting market risk data and preparing reports for management.Serve as Green Banking resource to ensure the implementation of Green Banking Guidelines and Environmental and Social Risk Management Manual.To conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate resilience of PCICL under adverse conditions.Periodically conduct and update Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) as defined under the Operational Risk Policy and Manual, and report findings to management.Develop, maintain, and periodically update risk rating models (ORR, FRR, ESR) to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with market conditions and PCICL’s risk appetitePrepare reports and presentations for various committees, including the Risk Review Committee (RRC) and the Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC), focusing on market, liquidity, green banking and operational risks.Carry out tasks assigned by Group Head as and when required.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, FRM, CFA, ACCA or ACMA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
