## About This Opportunity

You'll be at the forefront of Singapore's major infrastructure development, leading the planning, design, supervision, and project management of significant land reclamation and port development initiatives at Tuas Port. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive complex projects from conception through completion.

## What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will involve managing all aspects of project lifecycle including initial planning and budgeting, drafting detailed technical specifications, and overseeing the calling and award of consultancy and construction tenders. You'll track work progress meticulously and manage project expenditures, including reviewing progress claims and handling variation orders for contracts.

A critical part of your role is managing and directing a team of Supervision Consultants who handle construction management, contract administration, and site supervisory work. You'll attend to technical matters and project issues specific to Tuas Port construction, while also overseeing quantitative analyses of schedule tracking against the Contractor's Programme of Works. You'll coordinate agency matters related to the Tuas Port project and ensure all work aligns with public sector standards.

## What We're Looking For

Candidates with 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or site supervision of infrastructure projects will have a significant advantage. Training in environmental studies or energy management is preferred for this role.

You should be well versed in the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) for construction works and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is your capacity for good interpersonal and team management. Registration with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is useful but not required.

You'll need the ability to manage complex technical details, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and maintain clarity in high-pressure project environments.
