Manager, Supply Chain

Green Key Resources is hiring a Manager, Supply Chain in Gaithersburg, MD for their BioPharma client. The role requires 5+ years of experience in supply chain and distribution management, preferably in pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities include overseeing 3PL operations, managing supply chain activities, and project management. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday), with a salary of $120K–140K per year.

Requirements:




Minimum of 5+ years of Supply Chain and Distribution management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Serialization experience is a plus


Candidates local to the DMV area. Hybrid - 3 days in the office, Tuesday, Wed, Thursday on site





Distribution Activities - 50%




POC and lead for all 3PL’s and responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operationsLead weekly meetings with 3PL, track performance and operational activities and changesDistribution invoice review, approval and coding Business Lead for all Serialization activities. Experience with Pharmaceutical Product Serialization and DSCSA regulationsNew product setup, support launch activities, contract and pricing changes at 3PLSupport month end closing and lead Audit support activitiesDevelop budgets and forecasts





Supply Chain Operation Activities - 40%




Should be able to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned products/sku’sExperienced in Supply and demand planning. Support the Supply chain operations activities as directed by the Supply Chain LeaderLiaise under the direction of Supply Chain Leader with CMO’s on operational activities like PO’s, contract, invoices, inventory, scheduling, shipments etc.Hands on experience with operating Supply Chain Management systems is a must. Support the Anaplan Supply and Operations Management system maintenance and updates. Technical skills in model building and report development are desirable.Lead and support S&OP presentation prep and meetingsSupport month end closing activities





Project Management - 10%




Good project management skills including tracking timelines and projectsSupport or Lead, as needed, product review meetings, Brand meetings etc.Coordination the preparation of Board slidesOther coordination activities as directed by the Head of Product Portfolio
