A well-established firm is seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager to join its talented team in Toledo, OH. This role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, municipal, retail, and corporate developments.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, oversee, and coordinate architectural project activities.
• Serve as Project Architect and Architect of Record (AOR) on most projects.
• Manage project success from design through construction.
• Act as the primary client liaison, overseeing construction documents.
• Assign tasks and mentor design/production staff.
• Collaborate with multiple offices to ensure project excellence.
• Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect in Ohio (or NCARB certification) with 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (Revit highly preferred).
• Strong project management, business acumen, and client-facing skills.
• Previous experience in business development and design/construction project execution is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
