Compensation Claims Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role involves managing a team of claims management and support personnel to achieve processing, quality, return to work and customer service objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience within leading in the NSW worker's compensation scheme and case management to effectively facilitate outcomes. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, along with negotiation and influencing skills.

A strong understanding of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures is required, as well as conflict resolution skills and an ability to diffuse potential situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with tertiary or relevant qualifications in health/social services being desirable.

Experience working with different IT applications and understanding challenges for individuals are also essential qualities.
