beBee Careers is seeking a Sustainability Sales Manager in Little Rock, AR. Your Role
As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting environmental stewardship through cutting-edge technology and efficient resource management. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
• Identifying and prioritizing target markets and industries for renewable energy solutions
• Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals
• Prospecting and qualifying new leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts to close sales
• Serving as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
• Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental technology sectors
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and waste digestion processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed
