TRAINEE PRODUCTION MANAGER – MANDARINS – FM2588

Farm Manager SA is seeking a Trainee Production Manager for their organic citrus farm in Limpopo, South Africa. Candidates should have a degree in horticulture (preferred), five years of citrus orchard experience, and strong communication skills. The role involves assisting the Production Manager, with 90% of the work in the orchard and 10% in the office. A valid driver’s license is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Degree in horticulture preferable but not necessary.
Minimum of five years citrus (orchard) work experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate.
Willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s licence.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO



Assisting the Production manager achieve continuing excellence.
He/ she needs to be competent, curious, focused and determined to attain the best standards possible.
The position is 10% office and 90% orchard based.
