Requirements



Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.


5+ years of sales experience in ion exchange resins and water treatment chemicals, specialty chemicals.


Proven experience in business development, key account management, and channel partner management.


Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.


Self-driven with a strong commercial mindset and willingness to travel
