SHEQ cum Energy Manager

The SHEQ cum Energy Manager at 800 Super Waste Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is responsible for implementing and maintaining SHEQ management systems, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and managing contractor safety. The role also involves leading the Energy Management Programme, monitoring consumption, and preparing performance reports. Candidates must have a Singapore Certified Energy Manager qualification. This is a full-time position with a salary range of SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Environment, Health and Quality





Implement and maintain the SHEQ Management System.


Ensure compliance with applicable SHEQ legislation, regulations and company policies.


Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.


Monitor SHEQ performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.


Manage contractor safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW) and emergency preparedness programmes.


Promote a positive safety culture through training and employee engagement.



Energy Management (SCEM)



Lead the organisation's Energy Management Programme and drive continual improvement in energy performance.


Monitor and analyse electricity, fuel, gas and water consumption, and identify energy-saving opportunities.


Conduct or coordinate energy audits and implement energy efficiency projects.


Prepare energy performance reports and monitor energy KPIs.


Support compliance with applicable energy efficiency regulations and maintain the ISO 50001 Energy Management System.



Management Systems & Compliance





Maintain and improve ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems.


Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.


Maintain EHS and energy-related procedures, records and documentation.



Qualifications & Experience





Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.


Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in an advantage.


Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is an advantage.
