350.org is seeking a Global Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for its new Netherlands Stichting and support global operations. Location: St Charles 350 is looking for a hands-on Global Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our newly established 350 Netherlands Stichting and support the organisation’s global operations. The Global Finance Manager will be a remote role, based anywhere in the Netherlands.About 350350’s mission is to keep carbon in our atmosphere to a safe level, below 350 parts per million. Serve as the primary liaison with local tax authorities and advisors.Ensure full compliance with ANBI requirementsPrepare reporting packages, including intercompany reconciliationsDevelop and submit standardized reporting packages for the organisational group, reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, and support elimination entries and audit documentation.Lead corporate budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop annual budgets and rolling forecasts across consolidated entities, provide variance analysis, and support long-term financial planning aligned with strategic objectives.Supervise staff responsible for budgeting, reporting, and global fiscal complianceProvide leadership, oversight, and professional development to finance team members.
