Plan, organize, and oversee all company events, including corporate gatherings, team building activites, annual parties, and conferences.
Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Develop event timelines, schedules, and task assignments to ensure smooth execution.
Assist administrative staff with general office support as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and ad hoc tasks.
Handle event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and post-event feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners.
Support executives and the Office of the President with special projects and administrative tasks.
Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
