Seeiking intermediate-level Environmental Specialist/Engineer to support regulatory applications, environmental compliance, and bid preparation for new generation projects. The role supports the Environmental Affairs - Growth & Natural Resources team and works directly with a Principal Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare DOE loan guarantee/grant application materials Support bid packages for natural gas, renewable, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects Assist with environmental permitting, licensing, and compliance activities Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants Manage project schedules, priorities, and documentation Required Skills: Experience with environmental regulations and permitting Knowledge of Clean Water Act (NPDES, Section 404), cultural resources, and NHPA Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with online systems, databases, and documentation tools
