Laboratory Analyst

The Laboratory Analyst at Environmental-Health Laboratory Services Cooperative in Taguig, Metro Manila, is responsible for ensuring compliance with laboratory practices and safety regulations, preparing cultures of microorganisms, assisting in procurement, and providing technical support. The role includes identifying non-conformities and participating in risk assessment activities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of PHP 20k to PHP 23k per month.
Implements and ensures full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Housekeeping, safety regulations, and policies related to Quality Management System (QMS) program and relevant regulatory requirements.


Prepares and maintains stock and working cultures of reference microorganism. Assists in the procurement of laboratory supplies and services and evaluation of external providers.Assists in the receipt, coding, and encoding of samples as needed.


Provides technical support to Sales and Marketing Department and clients regarding testing, reporting or technical inquiries as needed.


Assists in the identification and investigation of non-conformities, and in the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.


Assists in the hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation activities Strictly adheres to the company’s guidelines on the code of discipline.
