Job Description
Easy World Automation L.L.C is seeking a Business Development Manager for Industrial Networking & Automation in Abu Dhabi. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and market analysis in the UAE's automation and technology sectors. Candidates should have a relevant degree, 5-7 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of the local industrial market is essential, and Arabic language skills are a plus.
Lead Generation & Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the UAE.Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent Network and Relation in UAE in the Oil and Gas, Utility and Manufacturing Sector.Education and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry.Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the UAE market.Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.Familiarity with the UAE’s industrial sectors, such as energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and utility.Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
