Technical Sales Lead for the Built Environment

PassiveLogic is looking for a Technical Account Manager to develop and grow strategic partnerships across the built environment-blending technical HVAC/buildings industry knowledge with a modern, AI-enabled inside sales approach.

This role emphasizes inbound engagement, technical enablement, and customer support, helping partners and customers successfully adopt PassiveLogic's platform through scalable, technology-driven workflows.

About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to play a crucial role in a hyper-scale AI company transforming autonomous systems, energy, and the built environment.

This is a high-impact, internally focused commercial and technical role that combines account management with inside sales and technical support. You will act as a central hub for inbound demand, partner enablement, and technical sales support-guiding stakeholders through discovery, evaluation, and deployment.



What you'll do

Partner and customer engagement: Engage directly with building managers, owners, contractors, and partners to educate and convert organizations to the PassiveLogic ecosystem.

Propose solutions: Lead consultative engagements aligning customer goals with PassiveLogic's technical capabilities.

Technical enablement: Explain PassiveLogic's platform including digital twins, generative control, and deployment architecture.

Customer & partner support: Act as a frontline technical support resource during pre- and early post-sales phases.

Systems, CRM & AI workflow optimization: Leverage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI tools to manage pipeline, automate workflows, and improve responsiveness. Build scalable systems for lead routing, follow-up, and lifecycle tracking.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions.

Market feedback loop: Bring insights from customer interactions to improve product and sales strategy.




What you'll bring

You must have

Proven experience:

Experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales engineering, or technical support

Strong understanding of building systems or HVAC

Systems, productivity & AI fluency: Experience with CRM platforms and using AI tools to automate workflows, manage pipelines, and improve efficiency

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized and self-driven

You should have

Experience optimizing CRM workflows and automation

Familiarity with AI tools for sales and support

Experience integrating tools across the customer lifecycle

It's helpful to have

Startup experience

Experience with contractors or MEP firms

Experience implementing AI-driven tools for efficiency
