Our client, an award-winning architectural firm specializing in innovative and sustainable urban design, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-profile projects that prioritize environmental responsibility and community integration. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams, contributing to all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing architectural concepts and designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with a focus on sustainable principles. Creating detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentations using various architectural software. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies throughout the design and approval process. Conducting research on building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable technologies. Assisting in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and bidding materials. Participating in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback. Ensuring designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Coordinating with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated design solutions. Visiting project sites to observe progress and resolve design-related issues during construction. Staying current with architectural trends, design software advancements, and sustainable building practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural design role. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing design talent and a passion for sustainable architecture are required. Excellent visualization, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial.
