Strategic Relationship Manager

The opportunity for a Strategic Relationship Manager position exists within Rockland Trust's Investment Management Group in emphasizing the importance of client satisfaction and a proactive approach.

The Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing a high level of personalized services to IMG's clients while supporting our new business efforts through teaming with IMG financial consultants and networking with centers of influence. The Strategic Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial objectives and delivering comprehensive tailored solutions to meet all of their financial objectives.

Develop and maintain connections with wealthy clientele, grasping their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment inclinations.Provide unique financial strategies and recommendations after thoroughly reviewing each client's financial situation.Collaborate with our internal IMG advisory team to strategize on financial and retirement planning, investment management, personal insurance, estate planning, specialized services for unique needs, and premier banking solutions.Serve as a trusted counselor to customers, providing exceptional support and confirming that their investment aims are consistent with their long-standing financial goals.Take proactive steps to identify opportunities aimed at strengthening client relationships, growing assets under management, and generating new business through referrals and networking.Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory modifications, and market variations, and communicate pertinent information to clients.Responsible for the daily administration of accounts, such as investment management portfolios, revocable trusts, and estates.Record client interactions, investment decisions, and retirement planning goals meticulously to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Required Skills and Experience:

Meeting the educational criteria entails having a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, with those holding a Master's degree being particularly sought after.Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry or a similar field, focusing on trust administration, portfolio management, financial planning, and estate settlement.Proven capability in establishing and managing client connections.Firm dedication to fulfilling fiduciary obligations in wealth management.Solid familiarity with financial markets, investment vehicles, and wealth management fundamentals, along with the expertise to communicate complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build connections with clients, grasp their requirements, and deliver tailored investment advice and solutions.Demonstrated aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting, emphasizing exceptional client service delivery and driving business performance.Trust certifications, attendance at Trust Schools, law degrees, and CFP designation encouraged.About:
