In this role, you’ll guide homeowners and business owners through the solar journey from first contact to signed agreement by understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering a standout customer experience. You’ll work generated leads, develop referrals, manage your pipeline, and consistently push toward ambitious sales goals.
This is a full-time, field-based role with local travel, ideal for someone who’s competitive, organized, and passionate about clean energy.

What You Bring
2+ years of sales experience (solar or construction preferred)CRM experienceValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong communication skills and self-motivation
