Sr. Business Development Executive-FM & Retrofit Services

Green Gaia Technical Services seeks a Sr. Business Development Executive for FM & Retrofit Services in Dubai. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in FM, HVAC, or related services, with a strong client network. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. A valid UAE driving license is required. The role offers a salary of AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month with performance incentives.
We are looking for an experienced Male/Female Business Development Executive with a strong client network in Facility Management (FM), HVAC, Retrofit Works, Painting, Waterproofing, MEP Maintenance, and Building Services.


Key Requirements:



Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in FM, HVAC, retrofit, painting, waterproofing, or related construction services.
Strong existing client base and relationships with property management companies, facility management firms, contractors, consultants, and developers.
Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on tenders.
UAE market experience preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads for FM services, HVAC maintenance, retrofit projects, painting, waterproofing, and related services.
Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
