Job Description

Ifelse Ph Inc. is hiring a Solar Sales Manager in Makati City, Philippines. The role involves converting high-volume sales leads into bankable contracts for solar projects, requiring a strong background in the solar industry and experience with Power Purchase Agreements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 5-8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Tagalog. The position offers a salary of Php50,000 - Php60,000 per month.
Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. or AUSI is one of the leading solar developers in the Philippines. The joint venture effectively combines the scale, bankability and retail energy expertise of AboitizPower with the specialized engineering and technical agility of Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP). AUSI primarily operates on a "Zero-CAPEX" model, where we fund, build, and operate the solar facility under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). This allows businesses to enjoy lower electricity costs without the upfront investment. As the AUSI Sales Manager, your primary mission is to convert a high-volume pipeline into signed, bankable contracts. You are not just a lead generator; you are a sophisticated "closer" capable of navigating the final, most difficult part of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for overcoming financial objections, finalizing legal terms, and securing board-level approvals for commercial & industrial solar projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the solar, renewable energy, or energy infrastructure sector.
• Proven history of taking complex B2B deals across the finish line. Demonstrable experience closing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is essential.
• Deep familiarity with the solar industry in the Philippines, its key players and stakeholders, and the regulatory environment.
• Solid technical understanding of solar projects, its components and functioning, load profiles and energy yield assessments, grid synchronization and zero-export. A basic understanding of battery integration is a plus.
• Solid understanding of project financing models and metrics (savings calculations, NPV, IRR, ROI) and the ability to explain them simply to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Good negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Team player but capable of working independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
