Role Description
Helium Solar is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur.
The Solar Sales
Consultant will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, advising them on solar energy solutions, providing tailored proposals, and driving sales to achieve company targets. The role involves regular client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and educating them about the benefits of moving to solar energy. The consultant will play a key role in promoting Helium Solar’s reputation for providing seamless and efficient solar services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to effectively promote solar energy solutions
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for presenting and negotiating solar proposals
Experience in Customer Service and Consulting, with the ability to address customer inquiries and needs professionally
Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Familiarity with solar energy systems, renewable energy technologies, or prior experience in the solar industry is an advantage
Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred
