Our client, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a seasoned Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee significant projects in the Baltimore, Maryland area. This is a field-based position requiring a strong presence on-site to ensure the successful execution of solar, wind, and energy storage initiatives. You will be responsible for managing all phases of project development and execution, from initial feasibility studies and site assessments to construction, commissioning, and handover. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with EPC contractors, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a PMP certification highly desirable. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on renewable energy projects, is required. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale solar or wind farms is essential. You must have a deep understanding of project finance, contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
