Senior Instructional Designer

LearningMate is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for its Learning & Development team, based in Kolkata or Mumbai. Responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, creating online and blended learning materials, consulting with leaders, and presenting learning solutions. Candidates should have a postgraduate degree and be proficient in Google Suite or Office tools, familiar with modern authoring tools, and follow writing style guides.
Senior Instructional Designer (L&D team)

The selected candidate will be appointed a Senior Instructional Designer based in LearningMate’s Kolkata or Mumbai offices. You will work in our Learning & Development team.

What will you do in this role?
• Your specific Learning Design responsibilities will include analyzing the learning needs of our global staff, defining modern learning strategies, and creating online and blended learning material that addresses those learning needs effectively.
• You will be expected to:
• Meet with and consult business and functional leaders in LearningMate and its associated companies to discover the learning and development needs of their global teams.
• Present appropriate learning solutions for those needs.
• Analyze and chunk existing raw content or curate new content for creating learning material.
• Visualize screens and animations for online learning.
• Create storyboards for online learning.
• Follow writing style guides for creating grammatically correct and easy-to-understand online content for learning.
• Be proficient in Google Suite or Office tools.
• Be familiar with one or more modern learning authoring tools and hosting platforms, including social media, LMSes, and AI.

Minimum Qualifications
• A postgraduate degree from reputed universities or colleges in any of the fields mentioned above
