Senior Environmental Project Manager — New Hampshire

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Coordinate and delegate work to junior and mid-level staff while providing technical oversight
Mentor and support team members in their professional development
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on technical and regulatory matters
Monitor project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and overall performance
Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and scheduling challenges
Support broader business objectives and contribute to team planning initiatives
Participate in technical review processes as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental or Civil Engineering, or a related field
Approximately 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a similar industry
Professional licensure (PE or PG), or progression toward licensure (e.g., FE/EIT)
Familiarity with state-level environmental regulations is preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ability to perform occasional field work, including physical tasks as required
