Salesforce + Airtable Data Manager for Climate + Gender NGO (Ongoing Retainer)

We are a global nonprofit working at the intersection of climate justice, women’s leadership, and community resilience. Our 15-person team is seeking an exceptional Salesforce + Airtable expert to manage and optimize our donor data systems on an ongoing retainer.

This is a critical role supporting our fundraising, executive decision-making, and donor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain sync between Salesforce (NPSP) and Airtable

Uplevel existing Airtable bases (custom views, dashboards, automations)

Provide regular segmented lists for Namaste (our mass email tool)

Generate custom reports for executive and development teams (weekly/monthly)

Maintain data accuracy, deduplication, tagging, and consistent field usage

Collaborate across tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Zoom)

Document and share clear processes and SOPs for internal use

Who You Are:

Deep experience with Salesforce for nonprofits (NPSP)

Advanced Airtable builder (automations, interfaces, syncs, formulas)

Detail-oriented, systems thinker, and data hygiene enthusiast

Proactive communicator, comfortable in a mission-driven environment

Able to collaborate closely with co-founders, development, and operations teams

Contract Details:

Ongoing monthly retainer
