We are a VC Fund investing in scalable early stage climate tech companies prioritising commercial deployments. We are very active having invested in nearly 40 companies and VC Funds in less than 24 months.

We are a single LP Fund with a very lean team, we execute and take fast decisions and want to help our Founders "hack" their ways as early as possible into positive EBITDA mode.

---Role Description---

- Work at high intensity directly with the Founder and Owner of the Fund.

- Engage directly with Portfolio companies’ Founders to help them accelerate their EBITDA growth by leveraging our Founder’s hacking and growth skill set.

- Engage directly with Funds managers to optimise deal sharing and collaboration

- Build materials and case studies to highlights the unique advantages and firepower of CiRi across equity and debt

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with founders, fund managers and key stakeholders

- Venture Capital, Investment Analysis, and Due Diligence skills

- Climate Technology, Sustainability, and Environmental Science knowledge

- Financial Modeling and Portfolio Management skills

- Strategic Planning and Business Development skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem
