We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Portfolio Lead to join our Capital Markets Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing structured project finance transactions.
About the Role

This role requires experience with renewable energy tax equity, financial modeling for large infrastructure or power generation assets, and different types of power generation, including solar, wind, battery storage, gas-fired, or nuclear.

You will oversee various project or portfolio transactions and negotiate with external capital providers on amendments, consents, restructurings, buyouts, and refinancings. You will also liaise with and support Asset Management on normal course reporting and consent processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate with external capital providers on amendments, consents, restructurings, buyouts, and refinancings.
• Oversee various project or portfolio transactions.
• Liaise with and support Asset Management on normal course reporting and consent processes.
• Serve as a thought-leader and subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives surrounding changes in tax law and evolution of power market structures.
