Relationship Banking Manager
Rockland Trust in is inviting applications for a Relationship Banking Manager role within their Investment Management Group, requiring a strong focus on customer service and dynamic engagement.
The Relationship Banking Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing a high level of personalized services to IMG's clients while supporting our new business efforts through teaming with IMG financial consultants and networking with centers of influence. The Relationship Banking Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial objectives and delivering comprehensive tailored solutions to meet all of their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, recognizing their financial aspirations, appetite for risk, and investment preferences.Offer custom-tailored financial advice and solutions by conducting an exhaustive evaluation of clients' financial profiles.Engage in discussions with our IMG team of internal advisors on topics such as financial and retirement planning, investment management, personal insurance, trust and estate services, special needs services, and premier banking strategies and solutions.Function as a dependable consultant for clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring that their investment goals are aligned with their long-term financial aspirations.Proactively spot opportunities that foster client connections, elevate managed assets, and facilitate new business growth through referrals and networking activities.Stay current with industry trends, regulatory revisions, and market transformations, and share key insights with clients.Oversee the daily management of accounts that include investment portfolios, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and estates.Maintain detailed records of client engagements, investment choices, and retirement planning objectives to adhere to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.Required Skills and Experience:
Prospective candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, with additional preference for those with a Master's degree.We require candidates to have gathered 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry or a related domain, including knowledge of trust administration, portfolio management, financial planning, and estate settlement.Established success in creating and overseeing client interactions.Strong commitment to fiduciary responsibilities within the wealth management sphere.In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles, combined with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to clients using clear and succinct language.Ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized investment advice and solutions.Demonstrated ability to adapt effectively to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business outcomes.Trust certifications, enrollment at Trust Schools, law degrees, and CFP designation preferred.Benefits:
