Proposal Specialist

CxGBS is seeking a Proposal Specialist for a remote position. The role involves leading the production of proposals, analyzing RFP requirements, maintaining proposal templates, and supporting marketing efforts. PROPOSAL SPECIALIST – Remote Position

Would you like a flexible, part-time schedule? If so, CxGBS is looking for you to blend graphic design, creative writing, and strategic thinking to create winning proposals.

Main Responsibilities:

· Lead production and submitting responses to proposals, qualifications, Sources Sought and RFIs. Schedule, assemble, and track CxGBS responses to meet deadlines

· Monitor various procurement sites and upload project files to SharePoint

· Read, interpret, and analyze all RFP and RFQ requirements, specifications and scoring criteria

· Assist with periodic update of proposal templates and standard language.

· Maintain historical files of company proposal activities (wins, losses, IDIQs)

· Maintain historical project information in Experience Spreadsheet

· Act as Guardian of Proposal section of SharePoint

· Assist with a weekly marketing/sales meeting

· Contribute experience, ideas, and feedback to the CxGBS team

· Support interview preparation and post-submission follow-ups as necessary


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

· Three years or more recent experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry

· Highly organized

· Ability to work with tight deadlines and moving priorities in a challenging but friendly environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge, structure, and content of the English language, including spelling, vocabulary, and rules of composition and grammar
