Project Intern

INXOL Energy is seeking a Project Intern in Lahore, Pakistan, to assist with project execution and O&M activities for solar energy projects. Responsibilities include supporting site engineers, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and monitoring system performance. Candidates should be final year students or graduates in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a basic understanding of solar PV systems and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position requiring site visits.

Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Intern to support both project execution and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities for solar energy projects. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle — from installation to performance monitoring and maintenance.


Responsibilities

Assist in project execution and site coordination activities.
Support site engineers in tracking installation progress and updates.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and checklists.
Assist in preparation of BOQs, timelines, and handover documents.
Support system performance monitoring (generation, faults, basic analysis)
Maintain O&M logs, service reports, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate for service calls, issue resolution, and vendor follow-ups.
Visit project sites (as required) for coordination and learning.

Qualifications

Final year student or graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Basic understanding of solar PV systems (preferred)
Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel/reporting skills
Willingness to work in field + office environment
