Role Description
INXOL Energy is seeking an Installation Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in the Lahore District. The role involves installation supervision and maintaining solar power equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and collaborating with the technicians to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Execute installation of solar PV systems (residential & commercial)Supervise technicians and subcontractors on-siteEnsure proper installation of panels, inverters, batteries, and cablingRead and follow system layouts and electrical drawingsHandle on-site troubleshooting and technical issuesEnsure quality standards, safety compliance, and proper groundingCoordinate material availability and site readiness.Monitor installation progress and meet project timelines.Perform system testing, commissioning, and client handover.Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and installation checklists.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred)1–3 years of experience in solar or electrical installationsBasic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery systemsUnderstanding of AC/DC wiring, protection systems, and earthingAbility to read technical drawings and layoutsStrong problem-solving and team coordination skillsWillingness to travel and work on field sitesFresh candidates with practical exposure are encouraged to apply
