About the Company


Vulcan BioEnergy is a Singapore-based climate technology platform focused on deploying biomass-to-energy infrastructure across ASEAN.


The company develops and operates carbon-negative systems that convert agricultural waste into renewable energy and high-value products such as biochar.


Role Overview


This role supports the execution of cross-border infrastructure projects and business operations. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to coordinate projects, manage documentation, and support day-to-day operational activities.


Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination



Coordinate and track multiple regional projects (Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia)
Liaise with internal teams, partners, consultants, and vendors
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones

Business Support



Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documentation
Support documentation for investors, banks, and partners
Maintain and organize contracts and corporate records

Finance & Administrative Support



Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic cashflow tracking
Coordinate with external accountants and service providers
Support banking documentation and onboarding processes

Executive Support



Provide operational and administrative support to management
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
Support cross-border coordination activities

Requirements


Candidates will be assessed based on merit, including:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
1–5 years of relevant working experience (applications from strong fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Compensation


Salary range: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 per month


The final offer will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and competencies .
