Job Description

Ferraro Choi And Associates is seeking a Project Architect/Manager in Honolulu, HI, with 7-10 years of experience in commercial/institutional projects, particularly in Construction Administration. The role requires expertise in creating construction documents, managing teams, and knowledge of Hawaii's building codes. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, project management abilities, and relevant software experience. An accredited architectural degree and licensure are required, with LEED accreditation preferred.
Immediate opening for a Project Architect/Manager

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial and/or institutional experience with an emphasis in Construction Administration.The ability to coordinate and produce a complete construction document set is essential.Experience in sustainable design, construction administration processes, and managing a minimum five-person architectural team with consultants/engineers is required.Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of HawaiiPositive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.Project management, client contact/retention, and leadership skills required.Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required.Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies is highly desirable and preferable.LEED accreditation is highly desirable and preferable
