Production Staff (Recycling / Dismantling Crew)

Envirocycle Philippines Inc is hiring Production Staff for recycling and dismantling. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be physically fit, and able to work in industrial environments. Skills required include attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Experience is a plus but not necessary. The position is full-time and permanent, with on-site work required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational education preferred)
• Advantage if with Additional technical training in machinery operation, industrial maintenance, or recycling
• Work Experience an advantage but not required as long as willing to learn, physically fit and trustworthy

Skills & Competencies
• Physically fit- Ability to lift heavy objects (20–50 kg or more depending on equipment)
• Physically fit for long periods of standing, bending, or operating machinery
• Capable of working in noisy, dusty, or industrial environments
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently
• Attention to detail
• Responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive materials
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled destruction operations
• Teamwork skills for collaborating with other employees and supervisors
