Position: Production/Packaging
Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $18.00–$19.50/hr to start (Earn up to $23/hr with training and promotions)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri).
Over Time: Mandatory overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.
​What You’ll Be Doing:

Packaging finished product
Assembling and labeling boxes
Inspecting product for size, weight, and appearance
Stacking trays or cases and moving pallets
Cleaning your work area and following food safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

Strong attendance and a team-focused mindset
Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours
Repetitive bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, and fast-paced work
Comfortable working in cooler or warmer environments
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production setting

Dress Code – Read Before You Apply:

No piercings, jewelry, watches, false nails, or nail polish allowed on the production floor
No shorts, capris, dresses, skirts, or pants with holes
Hairnets and uniforms are required (provided by the company)
