Full time: Monday - Friday, generally 8am - 4pmWe’re looking for an enthusiastic new team member who is fast paced, with a desire to do a physical job one day and a detail-oriented, fine motor skills job another day. The ideal candidate is adaptive and task oriented.

Our warehouse, processing and production team members are responsible for a wide range of repetitive tasks. Ranging from but not limited to: working with large volumes of raw material, milling, running and maintaining small equipment, different stages of quality control, assisting with large and small volume packaging and handling to be sold nationally.

Team members will be cross trained in different areas for opportunities in job variety.

Responsibilities include:Must be able to consistently lift up to 55 lbsWork fast & efficientQuality control on products - often culling the lessor grade for other usesPerform a multitude of repetitive tasks that allow each day to feel differentPerform lite data entry into our ERP inventory systemAssembling- raw material to final productRunning small equipment (i.e. hammer mill, pin mill, saw, processing line) – knowledge of similar types would be a huge assetRequirements:Great attention to detail: noticing discrepancies in material, system or packaging on a day to day basis.Dexterity and fine motor skills; many tasks require physically detailed skillsMust work well with others! This is a highly teamed-based role - you will be working in collaboration with a small team to complete the tasks of the day.Must be adaptive! Sometimes things don't work the way we expect, or sometimes we try something a new way. An adaptive attitude towards change, new tasks, or situations is highly valued.Must be able to communicate clearly. Want to try something new? Are you not comfortable with a task?
