Product Growth Head, IIX Platforms - Bangladesh

IIX Global is seeking a Product Growth Head for its platforms in Dhaka, Bangladesh. ### About the role and where you'll work

This is a full-time position based in Dhaka, BD. As the Product Growth Head at IIX, you will lead strategic growth and development for two digital products: IIX Values™ (a digital impact assessment platform that enables impact measurement and provides a voice to beneficiaries) and IIX Intelligence™ (a global data hub offering insights into gender diversity, climate action, ESG performance, and risk management). You will manage a cross-functional team and be responsible for driving user engagement, platform innovation, and data-driven decision-making while aligning platform growth with IIX’s mission.

You will define strategic priorities, implement agile methodologies, and ensure seamless execution to advance IIX’s mission. Day-to-day, expect to work closely with engineering and data science teams, lead innovation initiatives, and translate business priorities into scalable solutions that improve platform performance and engagement.

- Lead user acquisition strategies to scale IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™.

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with donors, investors, and impact-focused stakeholders.

- Define and execute product roadmaps to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

- Implement agile methodologies to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the integration of data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.

- Strengthen collaboration with donors, investors, INGOs, and corporate partners and ensure platforms adhere to ESG principles and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

- Advocate for gender-focused and climate-conscious investment strategies using data-driven insights.

You will also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and UX designers; recruit and onboard talent with specializations in digital platforms, data analytics, and ESG integration; and establish performance goals with regular evaluations.

Performance will be measured across multiple areas, including expanding strategic partnerships and platform adoption, driving sustained platform engagement and user acquisition, translating strategic priorities into operational outcomes, delivering product innovation and new features, strengthening partner and investor relationships, and ensuring alignment with ESG and sustainability standards.

### Skills, experience and credentials we expect

IIX seeks candidates with strong academic and professional credentials. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields, and 10+ years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development. You should have expertise in strategic thinking, execution, and product innovation.

Technical familiarity and toolsets mentioned explicitly include data analytics and visualization tools and concepts: Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and UI/UX principles. Experience working with ESG frameworks, impact investing, and sustainable finance is required. You should be able to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement, and be familiar with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance standards.
