Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with team members to create products that meet Eileen Fisher Inc’s standards
-Develop unique and sustainable products that are both timeless and modern
-Understand the design process and have a working knowledge of garment construction and fit
-Communicate and problem solve effectively
-Maintain up to date knowledge of trends and customer preferences
-Assist in the selection of materials, trims, and colors for products
-Ensure that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
