UCT is looking for a talented Mgr, Planning to join us in Singapore!

Duties and Responsibilities:



To lead a team of Production Planners to achieve the key performanceParts maintenance checking before project kick inManage 500-1000 items per projectsDeveloping production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirementsCoordinating with suppliers to ensure that adequate materials are available, and developing relationships with new suppliers as neededCommunicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlinesMonitoring inventory levels and adjusting production accordingly to avoid overproductionInterpreting and implementing company policies regarding production scheduling to ensure compliance with federal and state regulationsReviewing production schedules and labor forecasts to determine whether additional staff will be required during certain times of the yearCreating and maintaining records of materials used during production to ensure efficient use of resources and to identify waste or lossCoordinating the purchase of raw materials for products from suppliers based on inventory levels, price fluctuations, and other factorsCoordinating with shipping companies to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Preferably in manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP System as SAP & PLM System as Enovia/ AgileKnowledge of MRP system will be advantageousMinimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in manufacturing industryPrior experience in leading a team preferredAble to work in a fast paced environment

Education, Certifications, Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with related field required
