Manager, Fixed Asset Valuation - Renewable Energy

## About the Role

We are looking for a Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Manager to lead and deliver challenging valuation engagements. In this position, you'll be involved in every stage of a project—from crafting the initial proposal to seeing it through to completion. You'll manage multiple assignments, guide staff, and also play a key role in our internal appraisal review process.

### What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of research, analysis, and client interaction. You'll perform company, industry, and economic research, understand client financial statements, and build financial models. You'll apply accepted appraisal methodologies, explain and defend valuations in written reports, and prepare exhibits and memos for complex issues. Ensuring quality control is a must, and you'll participate in client meetings, both internal and external. You'll also help peers and staff with project plans and timelines, and supervise the workload of Senior Associates and Associates on engagements. Training team members on valuation databases and models, evaluating performance, and providing feedback are all part of the supervisory responsibilities.

### Qualifications and Experience

To be successful, you need a Bachelor's degree—Engineering or Finance is preferred. You must have at least five years of personal property valuation experience in a Big 4 or national valuation firm, recently in a management capacity. Significant experience in personal property valuation for financial reporting and accounting is required. Experience in valuation for financing, leasing, or litigation support is a plus, as is familiarity with the appraisal review process. ASA, RICS, or other valuation industry credentials are preferred. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power. Point, and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills are essential. You need to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple projects, and manage a team effectively. Building relationships with clients and internal teams is key, and you should have an executive presence to act as the primary contact on engagements. Intermittent travel within the US and internationally is required.

### Compensation and Benefits

Individual salaries are based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. The national salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000.
