Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for their Thermomechanical Treatment Facility in Honolulu, HI. The role involves advising leadership on HR practices, leading recruitment, and enhancing employee relations while promoting diversity and inclusion. The HR Manager will support various HR functions including compliance, talent development, and performance management, all while fostering a safety-first culture and driving continuous improvement.

All that we’re missing is you. Apply today! About the role Reworld is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Thermomechanical Treatment Facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role will be key to our transformational journey, guiding HR practices and supporting the growth of our workforce. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR advisor to facility managers and leadership, providing guidance on employee relations matters and ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant application of company policies and procedures. Lead full-cycle recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, aligning with managers to assess workforce needs and implement efficient, cost-effective hiring strategies. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build and strengthen partnerships with local agencies, universities, and vocational schools to expand talent pipelines and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Provide comprehensive HR support across key areas including compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee retention. Implement and communicate corporate and regional HR programs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Foster a positive employee relations environment by balancing organizational needs with employee engagement, fairness, and transparency. Demonstrate and promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and supporting a safe, respectful workplace. Monitor, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Apply lean thinking and HR best practices to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Five (+) years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and modern HR best practices. Proven experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion. Demonstrated ability to support a diverse workforce while ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with company and legal standards. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems/tools Preferred: PHR or SPHR certification Experience with Workday HRIS What Reworld Offers You: In addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $109,500.00 - $145,700.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
