Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 Gundersen Health System is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable healthcare while protecting the environment and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Environmental ComplianceManager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations for your team

Contract management & auditing efforts as needed

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery

Train, schedule, and support staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment


What's Available:

1.0 FTE

Location: La Crosse, WI Main Campus

Schedule: Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field

Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience with 2 years working in healthcare.

License/ Certifications: Valid Driver's License, Federal Medical Card, In-House Driver's Road Test Certificate within 60 days of hire and HAZWOPER training within 6 months of hire

Knowledge of safety standards

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively across departments
